Stream Leader/Occupational Therapist
Sophie is located in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne and is Team Leader of our Seaford office. She is an experienced Occupational Therapist who works with adolescents and adults to provide a range of services, including the provision of complex home modifications, assistive technology, and functional capacity and housing assessments. Sophie has a passion of working with clients with intellectual disability and is currently learning Australian Sign Language (Auslan).

Providing services in Brisbane, Carmen is an experienced Occupational Therapist. Carmen’s expertise include assessment for assistive technology and home modifications, she also conducts housing and medico-legal assessments.

Jacqui is an Occupational Therapist supporting clients across Melbourne’s northern suburbs. She has experience in inpatient rehabilitation and community practice, working with people recovering from multitrauma, orthopaedic surgery and neurological conditions.
She conducts functional and cognitive assessments and delivers evidence based interventions that support functional independence and meaningful participation. Her community work includes supporting clients with spinal cord injury and ABI/TBI, completing detailed assessments and preparing high quality reports for NDIS, WorkCover and TAC.

She has worked in adolescent inpatient and community mental health services, geriatric rehabilitation and home based OT, contributing to both individual and group interventions. Kathryn is known for her adaptability, collaborative practice and warm, client centred approach.
