Currently, she leads BePositive’s Behaviour Support stream, providing clinical guidance and mentoring to a team of dedicated practitioners.
Maranda’s practice is grounded in a strong commitment to human rights, person-centred approaches, and positive behaviour support. She brings extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs, and her background includes working with high-risk youth as a social worker, as well as holding leadership roles in disability services.
Maranda specialises in developing comprehensive, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans that prioritise quality of life, skill development, and long-term outcomes. As both a clinician and leader, she is passionate about building strong, collaborative partnerships with individuals, families, and support teams to create meaningful, lasting change.

Charlotte – Behaviour Support Practitioner/Supervisor

Charotte is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Central Brisbane, providing community-based services to individuals, families, and support teams. With a background in disability support and formal qualifications in psychology, she takes a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to helping individuals reduce behaviours of concern and build meaningful skills.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and brings a strong understanding of the emotional, social, and environmental factors that influence behaviour. Her experience in both frontline support and clinical roles allows her to create practical, person-centred behaviour support plans that are tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Charlotte is passionate about working alongside people to improve quality of life, strengthen independence, and support long-term positive outcomes.

Chelsea – Behaviour Support Practitioner

Chelsea is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in primary education and a strong foundation in psychology. She holds a Master of Teaching and a Bachelor of Psychology, and is passionate about supporting adults, children and families to navigate behavioural challenges with care and confidence.
Drawing on her experience as a former primary school teacher, she brings a practical, educational lens to behaviour support, working closely with families, educators, and support teams to create tailored, strengths-based strategies that make a real difference in daily life.
Chelsea provides behaviour support services in the community across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, as well as clinic-based appointments in Tullamarine.

Ellie – Behaviour Support Practitioner

Ellie a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs, offering community-based services with the option of clinic appointments in Carrum Downs. Ellie hold a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and brings a calm, client-focused approach to supporting individuals with behaviours of concern.
With a background in psychology and additional training as a Pilates instructor, Ellie take a holistic view of wellbeing, understanding the connection between the mind and body in promoting positive change. Ellie is passionate about helping individuals develop practical skills, improve emotional regulation, and achieve their personal goals through respectful, evidence-based behaviour support.

Jade – Behaviour Support Practitioner

Jade is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Hobart, providing community-based support to individuals, families, and support teams across the region. With a background as a clinician in oral health and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Jade brings a unique blend of clinical understanding and behavioural insight to her practice.
Jade’s approach is person-centred, respectful, and focused on creating practical, evidence-based strategies that improve quality of life and reduce behaviours of concern. She works closely with clients to understand their individual strengths, needs, and goals, developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans that are tailored, effective, and sustainable.

Jaime – Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner/Supervisor

Jaime is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner and Supervisor with a background in education and a postgraduate degree in psychology. Jaime’s experience in education gave her hands-on experience supporting children with diverse needs, which sparked her passion for understanding behaviour and creating inclusive, supportive environments.
Jaime takes a person-centred, strengths-based approach to behaviour support, focusing on the individual’s unique goals, preferences, and potential. As a supervisor, she is committed to mentoring other practitioners and ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective practice across our team.
Jaime provide services throughout the Launceston area, working with individuals, families, and support teams in both community and clinical settings.
Whether working directly with individuals or guiding others in their clinical work, her focus is always on promoting independence, wellbeing, and meaningful outcomes through collaborative and evidence-based strategies.

Jason – Behaviour Support Practitioner

Jason is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in the Launceston area, with a background in teaching and a strong commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice. Jason holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Social Work, and brings a unique blend of educational and therapeutic insight to his work.
Before moving into behaviour support, Jason worked as a teacher and in disability support, giving him hands-on experience with a wide range of needs and strengths. Jason uses this knowledge to develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans that are practical, respectful, and tailored to each individual’s goals.
Jason is passionate about working alongside individuals, families, and support teams to promote wellbeing, build skills, and create meaningful change in everyday life. Jason provides both community and clinic-based services in the Launceston and Hobart areas.

Kate – PBS Quality and Education Lead/Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner/Supervisor

Kate is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in Occupational Therapy, providing community-based services across the northern suburbs of Melbourne, with clinic appointments available in Tullamarine. Kate’s practice is grounded in high-impact, evidence-based therapy that prioritises meaningful outcomes for individuals and families.
Kate has a strong interest in psychosocial disability and trauma-informed, culturally integrated approaches, and is passionate about working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to support lasting, positive change. Kate brings a person-centred, strengths-based lens to every plan, ensuring each strategy aligns with the unique needs, values, and goals of the individual.
In addition to her clinical work, Kate is the PBS Quality and Education Lead at BePositive, where she focuses on mentoring new practitioners and ensuring the BePositive team continues to deliver the highest quality Positive Behaviour Support in line with best practice and current research.
Kate is committed to making a real difference in people’s lives and creating support plans that are practical, respectful, and grounded in a deep understanding of both behaviour and human connection.

Katelyn – Behaviour Support Practitioner/Supervisor

Katelyn is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Southeast Melbourne, offering community-based support as well as clinic appointments in Carrum Downs. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and has completed formal Behaviour Support training through the University of Melbourne.
Before becoming a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Katelyn worked in the disability sector, gaining valuable hands-on experience supporting individuals with a range of complex needs. She now works with teenagers, and adults, delivering Positive Behaviour Support that is person-centred, practical, and evidence based.
Known for her calm and focused approach, she adapts flexibly to each individual’s unique strengths and challenges. Katelyn is passionate about building strong, respectful relationships and working collaboratively with families and support teams to achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Laura – Behaviour Support Practitioner

Laura is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in nursing, based in the Launceston area. Laura’s clinical experience in healthcare has given her a strong foundation in supporting individuals with complex needs, and she brings a calm, compassionate approach to behaviour support.
Laura provides flexible, community-based services throughout Launceston and surrounding areas, tailored to meet each person’s unique needs and circumstances.

Lucy – Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner

Lucy is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner and Supervisor based in Melbourne’s inner south-east region. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and a Master of Psychology, and brings a deep clinical understanding to her behaviour support practice.
With experience across a range of settings, including forensic services, Lucy has worked with individuals presenting with complex behaviours and diverse support needs. She takes a strengths-based, person-centred approach, grounded in evidence and guided by compassion and respect.
In addition to her clinical work, Lucy provides supervision to other practitioners, supporting professional growth and promoting high-quality, ethical practice across the behaviour support team. Morgan provides all behaviour support services including functional behavioural assessments, behaviour support plans and training and intervention services.

Mursal – Behaviour Support Practitioner

Mursal is a Behaviour Support Practitioner working in Melbourne’s south-east, providing community-based services throughout the region, with clinic appointments also available in Carrum Downs.
