Jo – Paediatric Services Manager
Jo is BePositive’s Paediatric Services Manager and an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist who supports children aged 0–12 with developmental delay, autism, disability, and early childhood needs. She works closely with families, educators, and community supports to build children’s skills, confidence, and participation in everyday environments.
Jo brings a warm, coaching based approach and strong clinical knowledge to her role, supporting clinical quality across the paediatric team and ensuring children receive consistent, evidence based and family centred care. She is known for her clear communication, collaborative style, and commitment to helping children thrive.

Amanda – Paediatric Occupational Therapist/Supervisor
Amanda is an experienced Occupational Therapist who is highly specialised in working with children aged 0-17 and their families. Servicing the Northern suburbs of Melbourne Amanda provides assessment and intervention services, she enjoys working to prescribe assistive technology, completing functional and sensory assessments and developing and implementing therapy plans.

Emma – Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Emma is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with experience across acute hospital, community and paediatric settings. She is passionate about supporting people to build independence through evidence based assessment and intervention, with strong skills in functional evaluation, clinical reasoning and culturally safe communication.
Known for her professionalism, reliability and collaborative approach, Emma works confidently within multidisciplinary teams and adapts well to diverse clinical environments. Fluent in English and Korean, she brings a warm, person centred style and a commitment to delivering high quality, strengths based care that leads to meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

Sylvia – Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Sylvia is an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist, having graduated in 2007. She has worked across a range of settings, including both mainstream and special education schools, supporting children with diverse needs.
Currently, Sylvia provides community-based OT services to children and families in Melbourne’s western suburbs, with clinic appointments available in Tullamarine. She offers services in both English and German, helping families feel supported in the language they’re most comfortable with.

Winnie – Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Providing paediatric services in the Southeast of Melbourne, Winnie is a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist. Winnie enjoys working with children from 0-18 and provides both assessment and intervention services in homes, schools, kinder and the community.
