Louise – OT Clinical Manager
Louise is an experienced Occupational Therapist and the OT Clinical Manager at BePositive, bringing deep expertise in adult mental health, psychosocial disability, and complex support needs. As a mental health endorsed OT with extensive experience across acute, community, and rehabilitation settings, she supports clients living with conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, chronic pain, and dual disability.
In her leadership role, Louise oversees and strengthens clinical quality across the Occupational Therapy service, guiding best practice approaches, supporting clinicians, and ensuring safe, consistent, person centred care. She is also completing counselling studies, further enhancing her therapeutic approach and the support she provides to both clients and the clinical team.

Allan– Occupational Therapist
Allan is a Senior Occupational Therapist with nine years of experience across mental health, NDIS and occupational rehabilitation. An OT Australia–endorsed Mental Health Clinician, he brings training in CBT, ACT, DBT and solution‑focused therapy, and has strong experience supporting clients with suicidality, self‑harm, aggression and substance misuse.
He is skilled in functional assessment, daily living interventions, and both individual and group‑based therapy. Allan is known for his calm, collaborative approach and his ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams or independently. With experience leading teams of up to 12 therapists, strong communication skills and a commitment to professional development, Allan delivers safe, evidence‑based and person‑centred care to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Amber – Clinical Specialist Mental Health/Occupational Therapist
Amber is an experienced and motivated Mental Health Occupational Therapist with a strong background in community-based care. She is dedicated to enhancing quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of individuals living with psychosocial disability. She is passionate about recovery-focused, person-centred care and provides Mental Health OT services in the North of Melbourne . Alongside her clinical role Amber is BePositive’s Clinical Specialist OT for Mental Health, providing supervision and support to other Occupational Therapists, leading professional development initiatives, and contributing to improving service quality at BePositive.

Jacob – Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Jacob is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist supporting clients across Melbourne’s south east suburbs. He brings experience from paediatric specialist intervention services, community practice and diverse student placements, including mental health, aged care, movement disorders and hand therapy.
Jacob has strong skills in building therapeutic relationships, functional assessment, trauma informed practice and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. With extensive knowledge of NDIS systems and experience supporting clients with psychosocial needs, he provides evidence based, recovery focused intervention that builds capacity, confidence and meaningful participation.
Known for his warm communication style and commitment to person centred care, Jacob supports clients to develop skills, routines and strategies that enhance independence and wellbeing.
